Why are you offering decants (small-size fragrances) and fragrance subscriptions?
We heard You!
A lot of our customers are sharing with us that there are a lot of fragrances that they are keen to try but do not want to get the actual retail sizes. We are also asking customers to try any new fragrances on themselves instead of purely looking at others’ reviews. Testing in the store might not be sufficient to ensure that the fragrance works for you. This can help to reduce any wastage and be more pocket friendly in case you do not like the new fragrance after a while. Try it, love it then buy the actual size from us! 

We have customers who also come to us for advice on what to buy next or they are always buying similar fragrances which can be really boring. Especially for first-time fragrance users who do not know what to buy or how to start their fragrance journey, a fragrance subscription is perfect for you! What type of fragrances do you carry?
We carry a wide range of fragrances suitable for all occasions and personalities with all well-packaged and brand-new. Packaging may be repacked to check on the quality before sending it out.

Are your fragrances authentic?
All the fragrances are 100% authentic and original. We only want to establish long-lasting relationships with our customers and working partners.

Can I buy fragrances for special occasions?
Absolutely! Whether it’s to mark a milestone anniversary or to celebrate an important day, there’s always something nice from our online store that is sure to fit the occasion perfectly.

It’s always best to choose a perfume you think the recipient would like based on their scent preference or personality. If you’re not sure what type of fragrance they like, feel free to check with us or opt for a unisex scent that is light and fresh.

Just keep in mind that fragrances can be a matter of personal taste, so there’s always a chance that the recipient may not like the perfume you’ve chosen. But, if you put thought into the gift and choose something you believe they’ll enjoy, they’re likely to appreciate the gesture regardless.

Why are the perfumes lower priced than the retail boutiques?
We are getting directly from suppliers at wholesale prices and we save on high retail store rental fees as our sales are mainly online, at events, or in our office, that’s why our fragrances can be lower than retail price.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
Of course! All orders come with complimentary gift wrapping, so you can make a lasting impression when presenting your gift to that special someone. Whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, or just because you want to do it. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of giving something beautiful. Let us help you to make that moment even more special! Will an out-of-stock item be restocked?
We are always trying our best to source for any out-of-stock items, do keep a lookout or you may check with our friendly team for any updates. We will also update our various sales channels once the thing is back in stock.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How will my order be prepared and shipped?
Once an order is received, we will check on the item(s) availability, pack securely and ship it with our trusted delivery partner. We will check with you directly should there be any item that is out of stock.

How long will delivery take?
Usually 2-4 working days during non-peak period 

How much is the shipping fee?
Standard Shipping via Registered Mailing – $3.90
Next-Day Delivery – $15 (Order cut off at 12 pm, subject to driver’s availability)

What if my item arrived not perfect?
As much as we always ensure the order is sent out in perfect condition and our parcel is securely packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap to minimize and avoid any possible damage during the delivery process, there might be a very slight possibility that the outer box might be dent. To fully ensure that the perfume is in the best condition, you may arrange your own courier or do a self-pickup instead from our office located at Woods Square Tower 1, S737715. Check with us! 

If there is any damaged parcel, please contact us with photographic proof of the damaged parcel within the same day of receiving the parcel, if photos are sent after 24 hours, the courier might not be able to check for us. As a damaged parcel is rare, claims are processed case by case. If compensation is issued, it will either be in the form of a replacement item or in-store credit.

How can I make a purchase?
Shopping with us is simple and convenient! All you have to do is choose the item you want, complete your payment details and we will get it ready for delivery once payment is verified.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow to UEN 202242283E and Bank-Transfer to OCBC 595-142134-001. Do send a screenshot to us for verification purposes.

Do I need a membership account to purchase?
No, we accept guest checkouts. However, you are encouraged to create an account to view previous orders as well as save your info for a more fuss-free checkout on your next shopping experience with us.

RETURNS POLICY

What are your return and exchange policies?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for all orders unless special cases, all sales are final. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Thanks.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PRIVACY POLICY
All customer information collected from this website will ONLY be used by our company authorized personnel for order processing and sales and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated.
